CUSTOMER SERVICE / POLICY
All items from INTERIOR STYLE HOME are backed
by a seven day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your INTERIOR STYLE HOME purchase, simply follow the following procedure and we will promptly send you a full refund (less the original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee):
*Email our customer service office at
customerservice@interiorstylehome.com
for the correct return address (some items
are sent back directly to the manufacturer).
*Repack the item(s) in the original packaging.
*Send your purchase back to the authorized address
by any method you wish. We recommend that
you have some kind of tracking information in
the case your package can not be located. We
are not responsible for packages that are lost
during transit back to us.
We will immediately send you a complete refund
(less the original shipping costs AND less 25%
restocking fee, unless we sent you the wrong
product ) as soon as INTERIOR STYLE HOME
receives your package and inspects it. You are
responsible for the shipping back to us.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition
in the original box with all documentation and
packing included. If we are unable to issue a
full refund, you will be issued store credit for
your return(s).
If something is defective, please let us know immediately
and we will send you replacements at no additional
charge (for items within 14 days of receipt).
Defective items can be returned but the original
shipping cost will not be refunded but the 25%
restocking fee will be waived. You would be responsible for the shipping back to us. If a new replacement item(s) is sent, included will be a pre-paid label for the return. If the item is not returned within 30 days, there will be a late return charge.
If the item is not returned at all, you will be responsible for the full item(s) price at the time of purchase. At INTERIOR STYLE HOME we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service.
